We completed what became our first project for London Metric Property PLC back in November 2016, in the Kirkstall area of Leeds.

A serious investor in the UK for retailer-led distribution, out of town and convenience retail, London Metric prioritise an occupier-led approach to property investment. Their goal is to actively ‘recycle’ assets to that they can bring superior portfolio returns.

Under their management, London Metric possess an incredible 12 million square feet of assets and their portfolio comes in at £1.48 billion in value.

For the Kirkstall-based development which they hired our services for, we needed to implement an internal white-box fit-out to an exceptionally high standard. We also needed to ensure that we did this over a demanding 3-week spell.

We were able to complete the project with great success thanks to our past knowledge and expertise working within centres and malls. A good example of this work has been various projects completed at the retail outlet Bicester Village.

Throughout the project, all works were carried out quickly and efficiently; as our team took care to avoid any disruption to the neighbouring tenants.
