Back in 2016, we were awarded the contract for the internal fit-out of the UK flagship store for ASSOS of Switzerland.

A leading global provider of innovative cycling apparel, ASSOS are revered for their commitment to meticulous, lean design. They provide their equipment and clothing to more than 30 countries around the world and have pioneered products that have become key to modern industry standards.

With the premises for the London store being based on Regent Street, we knew that it would receive plenty of footfall. To ensure that any ASSOS customers visiting the premises left satisfied and suitably impressed, we were determined to deliver outstanding results for the client.

Tendered and completed on a design and build basis, the project saw our team at Abr Projects Ltd work closely with the project’s designers, Ab Rogers Design.

Our management team took the initial design concept and developed it with the assistance of specialist suppliers so that we would meet the client’s requirements.

Carried out within an existing 4,500 square-foot retail unit, the works included a full M&E package and a new lift. We also took care of the supply and installation of an extensive amount of high-end, bespoke-manufactured joinery items.

The project was a great success and has since received coverage in publications including Cycling Weekly and Total Women’s Cycling.
