In November 2016, we completed another project on time and on budget at Bicester Village. Our team at Abr Projects Ltd were awarded the contract based on the outstanding delivery of the works we’d previously delivered at the site.

Located just an hour outside of London, Bicester Village is one of the UK’s premier retail outlets. Home to a plethora of luxury boutique stores, its reputation has grown substantially over the past few years.

Designed to offer customers a unique shopping experience – with all the facilities they could need during the course of a visit – the outlet sees brands there routinely offer exclusive reductions on clothing and accessories.

For this particular project, we needed to complete all the work within a period of 8 weeks. It was essential that we hit the deadline whilst also delivering superb results.

During the 2 months we worked at Bicester Village, the existing retail units were stripped right back to a bare shell. This was done internally and externally. The units were then reconfigured through structural alterations; whilst they were also re-roofed and re-clad. To complete the project, the premises were given a new white-box interior fit-out.

Upon completion, we were able to reflect back upon what had been another successful project delivery at Bicester Village.
