Having successfully worked for intu on numerous centres over the past three years, Abr was selected to carry out the internal fit-out of the Nest seating area within the ground floor of intu’s head office at 40 Broadway.

The project was tendered and completed on a design and build basis, working closely with intu’s interior designer, Ben Perman. Abr’s management team took on board the initial design concept and developed it with the aid of our specialist suppliers to meet and fulfil the client’s overall requirements.

The project consisted of an initial strip-out, amendments to existing M&E services, new wall, ceiling and floor finishes, along with the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery items.

All works were completed on time and seamlessly throughout, due to Abr’s extensive experience and knowledge of working within live environments.
