Works began recently to strip out the interior of the old JJB Sports Unit, including removal of the mezzanine level and external canopy.

Over this 12 week programme period, ABR will oversee the complete upgrade and transformation of the existing dilapidated Unit 5, retail unit.

Woks include, increased thermal values through new roof and wall cladding, new shop-front / wall treatments, construction of new internal inter-tenancy stud demise wall.
