In 2016, Abr Projects Ltd were employed based on their knowledge and historic experience of the centre to carry out the strip-out and reconfiguration of the existing Units 70 – 71 at Bicester Village.

Works consisted of the complete strip-out back to bare shell, structural alterations, new roof coverings – along with a complete re-cladding of the external elevations.
