Unit 116-117, Bicester Village
In January 2015, Abr Projects Ltd successfully carried out our first project for Value Retail at Bicester Village. Works consisted of completely stripping back the existing units to a bone-shell, along with reconfiguring and expanding the existing unit’s internal foot print.
We constructed a new 1,000 sqft steel structural extension, on 3 metre bored piles. This was enhanced by the traditionally-themed, external Bicester cladding. The works were undertaken and successfully completed over a 17-week period. From this, we have carried out numerous other projects for value retail at Bicester Village and still continue to work with them to this day.
