In 2019, Abr were appointed, based on their knowledge and historic experience of the centre, to carry out the full interior fit-out of units 61-63 to provide a turn-key solution for prospective tenants, Hobbs and All Good Things.

This was a very demanding project, with all works being undertaken on an eight week, fast-track programme in order to ensure new incoming tenants were operational by the Black Friday deadline.

The works consisted of new incoming landlord services, new full height partition demise walls, full height perimeter glazed shopfronts and full internal fit-out including all M&E services and bespoke joinery manufactured items.

All works were completed on time and on budget with both units successfully open for trade on the required Black Friday deadline.
